So, here's the thread where we keep you up-to-date on the projects progress from time to time - just to let you know we're still working on it, and roughly how far we got 
No spoilers in here, though!
As of right now:
* we have decided on a Scenario for the Megagame, and are currently working on fleshing it out
* we are in the process of figuring out some of the most basic rules-issues, in preparation for an (internal) playtest
* we are progressing a little bit slower on the fluff aspect of things... but then, a lot of those are dependent on what rules we end up deciding on...
Announcement of the Scenario to the general public (the potential players!) may be happening some time during October - if and when we have had some playtests and liked what they showed
The game itself is still planned to take place some time during February most likely, but no more specific arrangements or plans have been made so far.
You may expect the Registration and further details to be no sooner than November / December or so
